Healthy, Easy, Quick, Dinner Sausage Meal | How I lost 114LBS in 42 Days

 


When you need a quick and easy dinner for a busy weeknight, Dinner Sausage is the perfect recipe! All you need is 15 minutes and dinner is ready. The secret to creating so much flavor with only a few ingredients is using a flavor-packed sausage. I like to use Pederson's Natural Farms Uncured No Sugar Added Smoked Kielbasa. I ate 113g of the sausage, I dipped it in a little bit of ground mustard, I use the mustard like a sauce in other words. I made some organic green beans to go along with the sausage, I had 113g of that and I had 113g of watermelon. One thing that is nice about sausage is it is very versatile and you can cook it up many different ways, I will share more sausage recipes later on.... xoxox - Roxanna


INGREDIENTS:

►Pederson's Natural Farms Uncured No Sugar Added Smoked Kielbasa: I found mine at Sprouts grocery store and I believe you can also find it at Whole Foods that I know of.
►Organic Green Beans: Found at Wal-Mart
►Watermelon: I bought the pre cut-up watermelon from Publix. You can also just get one and cut it up as well.
